We want you to love your VERVET denim, but if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total unless the item is being exchanged.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your denim in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
